wysiwyg editor source denied by .htaccess

The tinyMCE is working great and all options work except viewing the html source. The window appears and displays the public site homepage. All other tinyMCE options work (ie upload image). I am certain that this is caused by my .htaccess file. I could not find what needs to be allowed for a RewriteCond to make this work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
