How to change from a multi record to a category record

I created a multi record section editor and now need to convert it to a category record. How can I do this without having to re-do the entire section editor fields.

There isn't really an easy way to switch your sections back and forth so you'll want to just create a new section and start adding the fields in. If you don't delete the old section first, you can use it as a reference :).

One more thing, don't forget that in the latest versions of CMS Builder you can quickly copy fields (in the same editor) that are similar. So if you have a bunch of checkboxes to create, create the first one, then click to modify it. You'll get an option to Save & Copy.
