Transfering to a new site

Right now, I'm setting everything up for my site on a seperate URL.

Once I have it as I want it, will I be able to simply transfer it over to the new site?

I'm not too worried about the data, I'm just adding basic info at this point to test it is working. It is the structure more than anything that I need to move.
