Realty question

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am working on a Realty website, right now specifically the "sold listings" section. I want to show the sold listings by year, as in "sold in 2009", "sold in 2008" on the page. Does anyone have any good ideas how to go about doing this? It seems like I should know this, but can't really figure it out. I have attached an example of what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
Have a look at this thread: http://www.interactivetools.com/iforum/Products_C2/CMS_Builder_F35/gforum.cgi?post=72494;t=search_engine#72493
I have put this into practice here: http://www.womenspace.org.au/web/eventsList.php
My example is based on "start_date" feild, however if you created a date field in your items for sold_date... you should be fine.
Cheers,
Tim
