http://www.montereyrentals.com/2009/VacationRentalsDetail.php?3196P---TEST-1
on this page on the righthand bottom box with the box inside it I have hard coded this into the page they would like it to be there 99% of the time just the way it is but would occasionally be editted when they need to... Is there a way to put in a editor with the info already in it?
Thanks

Hi thenetgirl,
Yes, this can certainly be done. It should be as easy as copying the HTML for the box into the Default Value of a new WYSIWYG field, then replacing the box on your VacationRentalsDetail.php page with the field.
Please let us know if you have any trouble getting this working, or have any other questions. :)

Hi Patricia,
You can setup the "Default Value" to be the text that you want in that field. To do this, pop into the Admin section and edit the section you want. Add the new field, and enter the text you want into the "Default Value" field. :)
Then, add the corresponding code to your template, and it'll show your default text unless it's been modified. :) (Note: If you have existing listings, you may have to go back and add the default text back in, but new listings should have them from the get go.)
