Errors in setup

Hi,
I am configuring cms builder for a client and keep having the following errors in the start page. Please help - www.nigezie.tv/cmsAdmin.
I have uploaded the cms several times, worst off I have deleted other files which I believe might be a problem. Need help urgently cause I need to have the site running in hours.
