loadINI: failed to open stream: Permission denied

Hi Guys,
I get this error when accessing any page utilising CMSB, either back end or front end.
loadINI: failed to open stream: Permission denied
Is it a permissions problem or a Safe Mode issue do o think?
I'm waiting for the hosting tech support to get back to me, but it would be nice to point them in the right direction...

Hi Tim,
It's a permissions problem. Does it list the filepath?
Make sure all the files in the /data/ folder are writable.
