Save & "Save & Copy" not working after 1.33 upgrade

I am having an issue that appears to be specific to v1.33...
When I am in the Field Editor view, the "Save" and "Save & Copy" buttons are not working. The "Cancel" button works fine.
I am operating on a Mac / Firefox 2.0 but I also tested this on a PC / IE7 and the same problem exists.
This is a new install and they were working initially, but they stopped working recently. I feel like it was working fine until I implemented the menu group feature, though I don't know for sure that this is when it stopped working.

Just following up... this is no longer an issue. There was a problem with the host server that i wasn't aware of. Everything is working fine again.
