Is there away to create a section in the section editor and the fillout form that you would see in the CMS be posted on the web for client to enter the information and then it saves it to the DB as well as sends and email. Also with a special feature of check box if approved for publishing to the web.

Hi hegadmin,
CMS Builder doesn't support this functionality, no. A solution which comes close would be to create a "guest" account which only has access to one section and give away the username and password for it on your website, but that wouldn't send emails.
Alternately, we can add functionality like this though our consulting service. Please let me know if you're interested in that.
