Site moving to new hosting

Hi Guys,

I've looked through a few older posts about this but I could do with answers in really basic terms! [crazy]

I built a site for a client last year who is now moving hosting. Can someone give me a breakdown of what I (and they) would need to do bearing in mind that they won't want to enter all of the content again, they just want it all moved across!
