Inside the admin panel for our client, on the inventory list page (to view the records for the inventory table) the field createdByUserNum displays the user number BUT the client would like it to show the username or the full name attached to that user number. How can we modify this?

Hi,
I couldn't view the attached file (I don't have PhotoShop) but from your description I think I know what you want.
Open Admin > Section Editors > Inventory (or whatever you have called the section).
In the "ListPage Fields" text field, add "createdBy.fullname" where you want the full name to appear.
