Re: [videopixel] Inserting files and images in TinyMCE

I'm not sure about what would be involved with adding the TinyMCE MCImageManager. I will add this as a feature request.

The good news is that you can upload images and files directly from within Tiny MCE editor already.

Click the Image icon in the editor, next in the popup, click the button after the "Image URL" field. You can browse your computer for images or files. Any images uploaded will also have thumbnails versions created.

I hope that helps. :)

Re: [Damon] Inserting files and images in TinyMCE

Damon,

It's all correct about the workflow for adding images or files via TinyMCE...

BUT: if i want a picture/icon/file or whatever into my article that is already on the server? I don't want to upload it again.... waste of space etc... so the only way to add it is to know the full path. For me that way of working is not acceptable. Especially if i design something for clients.

thanks for the reply.
