Switched servers and deleted database

So... I've learned the hard way how important backing up your database is. I've created a new database - but, now I need to set up the cms_accounts table and I have no clue how to do this. Can someone please help me?

Hi codenoobie,
Were you able to save any of your data or has it all been lost? What version of the program are you using?
If you've lost all of your data you can do a fresh installation and that will recreate the accounts database. If you were able to save some of your data let me know what you still have and we can take it from there.

Thanks, Luke. I was actually able to recover some data - enough to get a few of my tables back and get the ball rolling again. Thank you for your advice. I've learned a valuable lesson here, lol. Always back up your databases!
