Add On/Tool for removing older tables/sections

Sometimes us novice CMSB users replace or upload over a previous install or partial install. If the database is already built then sometimes there are tablenames that we'd like to use but already exist. I know that one solution is to change the core database to cms2- BUT it would be cool if the system recognizes the old table section (which it already does) but then gives the option to use it or delete it (so that we can actually use that table name if we goofed up or had previous problems with an install/set up) instead of just telling us "sorry, that tablename already exists".
