I'll be sending a link out to beta 2 shortly. Please upgrade to that version before reporting any more issues. If there are no bugs found with beta 2 it will become the release version in a few days.

Thanks! :)

Hi Deborah,

If you'd like to learn more and haven't already done so a great way to get started is to install these programs on your PC:
http://www.wampserver.com/
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/gui-tools/5.0.html

WampServer installs: Apache, MySQL and PHP
And MySQL GUI Tools gives you MySQL Query Browser which is like phpMyAdmin but nicer and faster and great for experimenting with MySQL queries.

Hi folks,

I probably missed something, but the display format of a "Date" type field shown in the ListPage Fields does not seem to follow the format set up in General Settings.

The format of a" Date" field within the record does, but the Listpage Field display doesn't.

Alpha characters seem to be allowed in a "Date" type field's "year range" field but give very strange results.

Also, blank publish_date and Remove_date fields result in very unhappy consequences.

Thanks,

Jerry Kornbluth

Hi Jerry,

Thanks for your feedback! I've made a note of all the items.

We probably won't see these changes in this release, but I have them high on the list for a future release.

The "date field order" option currently applies only to date fields (pulldowns) used to select the date. Not how the date is displayed by default, but that's on our list to improve as well.

Thanks again!

We've released 2.01 so I'm locking this thread.

If you are still running the beta please upgrade to the official release.

There was one last bug we fixed before release where pulldowns didn't remember their last entered value on the edit page. This is fixed for the release version.

Thanks everybody for your help!
