Alert Box popping up

Hey guys,
I did a quick search on the forums and didn't see anything on this so it appears to be something that's just affecting me, but what happens is when I go and create a new section, or save content in one, a little message box pops up. Thing is, it's empty.
The changes or additions are made, but it's a little annoying. haha.
I've tried it on Firefox, Chrome, Safari and IE and they all do this...
I'm using CMSB v2.0
Here's a screenshot of what I get when I go to create a new section.

The popup comes up and that's it. I have to cancel the create window and refresh for the section to show up.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Great description! I suspect this is caused by a server misconfiguration that causes extra whitespace to be sent with every response, which would confuse CMSB and result in these seemingly blank alert dialogs.
