HELP!

I don't know what happened, but anytime I try to access a a page having to do with the CMS Builder, I'm getting this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function loadINI() in /home/content/r/e/a/realtymagazine/html/cmsAdmin/lib/init.php on line 230
I have no idea what happened. The only thing I can think is that one of our server administrators messed with the folder structure on the server, and now it can't find some of the files???
Please help!
