Sounds like you don't quite have the right path on your new server yet. One way you can figure out what that should be is to go to Admin > General Settings, and look for "Program Directory". This will get you the path up to the cmsAdmin folder, and then you'll just need to add the /lib/viewer_functions.php part after that.
Give that a try, and if it's not working, feel free to fill out a support request and I can see what the correct path on your server should be. :)

Moved a site - having similar issue.
I have copied the path from the admin, and replaced all instances, but still getting this error:
Warning: require_once(/home/predator/public_html/User/cmsAdmin/lib/viewer_functions.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/account_name/public_html/User/includes/hot-news-include.php on line 2
Line two of that include file (hot-news-include.php) is this:
require_once "/home/account_name/public_html/User/cmsAdmin/lib/viewer_functions.php";
The path from my admin, for the program directory:
/home/account_name/public_html/User/cmsAdmin
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!

If you go to the directory specified, is there a file there? (ie, the viewer_functions.php file.)

Yes, there is. Could it be a permissions issue?
Thanks!
