Is there a way to create a two-tier menu with parent/child options for sort categories and subcategories? I was thinking of using an accordion/collapsable menu.
I have a client who has 30 something pages and it would be helpful to sort them in the backend of the CMS.

A good way to handle lots of sections in CMS Builder is to group them under Menu Groups.
Admin > Section Editors - Add New Editor ...
then in the popup, choose the last radio button (Advanced Menus) Menu Group.
Then drag it to reorder the sections.
