mySQL database backup

Love the database backup/restore feature but quick question! Where are these backups stored and how would I go about getting a copy?
If I backup a site/database I usually export the database file and copy all of the remote site files so that I can keep safe on our server. Is this possible with the built in feature?

Re: [Kittybiccy] mySQL database backup
Hi Kittybiccy,
The automatic backups of the database are stored on your server in the cmsAdmin/data/backups folder along with any manually created backups that you make using this feature.
