Can you provide an example of how you would like the url to appear? Is it common to have or allow Hebrew characters in urls?
We have a plugin that converts accented characters to non-accented characters for urls, but I don't think that would help. What about having a separate field for url text?
Let me know some more details about this, thanks!

I have to figure out how to encode it and an example will help. If it's supported by W3C standards then we should be able to make a plugin to allow you to do it.

Thanks, that's interesting. I didn't know my browser who show hebrew characters in the address bar.
Can you try the attached plugin and let me know if it works for you? It will not modify the content in the url but will urlencode it instead as your example shows.
Hope that helps!

i have a new problem with the encode.
on the address bar its fine but in the html its like this:
%D7%9E%D7%9C%D7%95%D7%9F+%D7%99%D7%A9%D7%A8%D7%95%D7%98%D7%9C+%D7%90%D7%92%D7%9E%D7%99%D7%9D-7
I need to decode each link (+title) again for the html.
how can i do it?

You can try using the urldecode() function like this:
$decodedValue=urldecode($encodedValue);
Hope this helps. If you're still having trouble, if you could provide me with some more details of what's happening and what you're trying to do, I can take a closer look for you.
