Hi there,

Can you give me a bit more detail? This won't be a permissions issue, as it should just be saving it directly to the database, but if you can provide any other information that'd be great. What's the name of the section? Are there any error messages?

If you'd like, feel free to fill out a support request form and I can pop in and take a look for you. :)

Donna - I sent you a support ticket on this. The editor only saves up to a certain amount of characters. I've searched everywhere for any limitations and cannot find any. It saved all my other category pages with similar content. There are no error codes, the CMS just simply will not save the changes made. Please reply. Thank you!

Hi,

Just sent a followup to your support ticket.

I was able to add and edit content when I tested with IE 8, Firefox and Chrome so I can't recreate the issue.

I was able to add and save about 10 paragraphs of Lorem Ipsum into the WYSIWYG editor

The next step is to determine if the issue browser specific.

Some things to check:
1. Can you add content to our online demo here?
http://demo2.interactivetools.com/cmsbuilder2/
2. Do you have any plugins running that could be causing an issue? try disabling plugins while testing.

Please follow up to the support ticket and I will repost the outcome after we resolve the issue for anyone else experiencing a similar thing.
Cheers,
