Irritating Emails from CMSB

Hi Everyone
For some reason, I keep receiving an email every time a new record is added by users. The email is titled "[Alert Add] Record Number xxx". The content is:
Hi,
Record 138 was saved by xxxx.xxxxxxxx in table dms_home_page.
Title: Diver Recertification Course
Content:
I would really like to turn it off!

Hi northernpenguin,
CMSB doesn't do that. Check: Admin > Plugins. Maybe there is a plugin enabled that sends notifications?
