I created a back-up and CMS shows a back-up created but the file isn't in the backups directory for me to download to my computer. graceofnaples.com

Hi,
When a backup is created, it will show the file name of the backup that's created. It's a long name with .sql.php at the end. Maybe try doing a search on that file name.
If you still can't find it, you can email me your CMS login and FTP details to jason@interactivetools.com and I'll take a look at it for you.

Hi,
All of the CMS Builder backups are stored in cmsAdmin/data/backups. The files have an .sql.php extension.
