Error when creating a new user

Whenever I create a new user I see this error at the top of the page:

MySQL Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ': Undefined index: num in /home/gselect/public_html/cmsAdmin/lib/common.php(432' at line 4

It isn't preventing me from creating the user or anything but I would just like to get rid of it if possible. What can I do?

Always, recently? After Upgrade? After changes? One installation? Which version? All sites?

To be honest I don't remember. I have never went into that section until recently and noticed the error. It was a fresh install of version 2.03.

I did install the "Create Record Here" and the "Related Record Lookup Functions" plugin but i havn't had any problems with those on any of my other installations.

So the error is only on this installation and doesn't occur (can't be repeated) on other installations?

Stupid question...
have you cleared your cache?

Have you tried reinstalling V. 2.03 (now 2.04) I've had weird things happen after an install (upgrade) that went away after a reinstall.

Don't forget tho back up your database and files first.

One more,

Did you do any customizing of the user accounts table or any mods to the existing code for the program files?

If not, and this is the only problem site, I'd recommend biting the bullet and backing up, then re-uploading 2.03 or upgrading to 2.04.
