How about creating a user with "Editor" access to the section?

Then they could edit posts created by other users.

That would work if all the users were sharing/managing the same set of properties, but they all are not. They all manage their own individual properties, but list them together as an organization (along the idea of rent.com or apartments.com).

Basically what I have is a number of users (currently 15-20, but that number will grow) who all list and manage their own properties. They do not want other users to have access to their listings. But, they would like to be able to have multiple user accounts (even two is good) to manage the same set of postings. So, I am looking for a way in to create than one account which has access to the same records. I didn't know if I would be able to edit the data base manually in any way after creating the account through the interface to provide this type of access or not. Does this make sense?

Hi,

So you want to have users that can access records created only by certain users (for example user 2 can access records created by user 2, user 3, and user 4, but no one else)?
Is that right?

CMS Builder doesn't currently support creating user groups like this. To accomplish this, we will require some custom programming, as the functionality would have to be added to CMS Builder.

If it's just a matter of keeping track of who was the last person to work on a record, you could add an "Updated By" field where a person would put their name when editing a file. That way you just need the one account.

Let me know if this would work for you. If you would prefer to look into the custom programming option, please go to https://www.interactivetools.com/hire-us/

Hope this helps.
