Hi there.

Thanks for posting!

There are several options for meta tags so it's just a matter of determining which one will work best for you.

To do that, let's start by figuring out what kind of page it is that you want to update the meta fields on.

Do you already have that page setup to be editable through CMS Builder?

Is it a single page? Or a list page?

If you aren't sure about the last question, perhaps just post a link to the page and I'll take a look.

Let me know and we'll go from there. Thanks.

It's a single page I think. The site I am recreating using the CMS is aboutus.html --- but I'm have a lots of problems being a newbie to the CMS tool and all....

I keep getting code here... when I use the tool to generate code... /about.php and when I delete the info on the top... I no longer get the page.. it deletes all the html content -- (got a good recommended read on this?)

I know that's not the question I asked...
I was looking to add a field in the main section (see attached) that would show Meta info?

Hi

Thanks for the update!

The first thing here is that for the most part, CMS Builder pages will need to end in PHP. It's not an absolute requirement because there are things we can do to the server to make it work in .html files but at this stage of the learning curve, let's just stay focused on working with .php

That brings us to this page:

http://giuntinicompany.com/about.php

I see the error message there too and that usually means CMS Builder has nothing to load for this page. What I'll get you to do is post a copy of this page for me to have a look at. If you could attach the whole file instead of just pasting code as a reply, that would be a big help.

Thanks!
