Error on Installation

Warning: session_start(): open(/var/lib/php/session/sess_1j057tipjl8pc8mc18qnfu5ta4, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /var/www/vhosts/highendgamer.ca/httpdocs/cncCMS/lib/init.php on line 68This is the error I am getting which switching to my new server.
How do I fix that??

Hi,
The folder /var/lib/php/session/ is where the server is going to write files containing session data. It seems that the permissions for that folder are not set to allow that. If you can find that folder, try changing it's permission settings. If you can't, try contacting your hosting provider to do it for you.
