I'm interested in using the Membership add-on along with CMS to build an online newsletter site that we now operate. One item I need is the ability to track the subscribers IP address from the point of subscription with a safeguard so that if the IP address does not match the one on file then access will be denied.
Is this option available using this add-on?

Hi
The Membership add-on is used to make logging in, logging off, and checking to see if a user is logged in or not, simpler. It just uses the information stored in the "User Accounts" sections and doesn't capture IP addresses.
Are you storing IP addresses in the user section?
If you want to capture an IP address, you can try this code:
