Moving records from one multi record to a different multi record

For example:
• Can I drag and drop the record from one to the other?
• Is there a button, tool or add-on that will allow me to move the record to any other Multi-Record within CMS Builder?

Are you just moving one record from one section to another, or are you moving multiple records?
If you're only moving one, it might be easiest to manually copy the information into the other section.
It's also possible to write a script that would do the move for you, though it would take some custom programming.

It would be multiple records that need to be moved.
