CMSB 2.04 - tinyMCE Image Upaload Problem

Hi Guys!

I'm having an interesting problem transferring cmsb from my sandbox to the production site. Everything works perfectly, except that for some reason any image I upload using tinyMCE doesn't display. The file uploads, but no image is displayed (see the attached file).

Has anyone encountered this problem? And do you know how to fix it?

Hi,

The most common reason for wysiwyg problems is the cache not being cleared. If you clear your browser cache and you're still experiencing the problem you can go into your data folder and look for the cache file there. It will look something like this:
tiny_mce_84d78806465b207557da52581aa86043.gz
You can delete this file because tiny_mce will create a new one. After you do, clear your browser cache again and try again.

Tried that, and it didn't work. However, just in case, I tried both again, and no dice.

Hi Ragi,

I found the problem. The issue was with the url path for the upload folder. This is set inside the General Setting section. I just changed the path from:
/public_html/nptAdmin/uploads/
to
/nptAdmin/uploads/

The wysiwyg editor should be working properly now.
