Is there a plugin for registering for seminars? The payment will be thru Paypal.

We don't currently have a plugin like that (you can see all of our current plugins here: http://www.interactivetools.com/add-ons/).
However... we have made custom scripts like this via our custom programming before, so it's definitely something we could do via Consulting. If you'd like, try contacting our consulting department to see if that's something we could make for you. :)
