Hi all,
can I make a My account page that can be updated outside the cmsb back-end??? bij use of membership plugin? this way i can sustain the right look and feel for a member. (how)
when making a upload field in the section "user accounts" that is added to "My account" files added there is that only for that user?
now when updating my account i have to add a new password can this be bypassed? users find it annoying when they update some thing in there account but not there password?
Thnx Maurice

Hi Maurice,
Yes, you can definitely update the My Account page outside of CMS Builder. The "My Account" section inside CMS Builder just displays some of the fields that are in the accounts section. When you are updating a user's record, you're updating the accounts table.
There should be a file that came with your membership plugin called sample_profile.php. This gives you an example of how to create a form that will allow you to update a users profile (account record). I've attached it just in case.
Hope this gets you started.
