perPage in Admin editors

I did some searching and didn't find it...it was not an exhaustive search, but at least I tried some :)

So I thought I'd ask...

How can I change the default perPage setting on the admin pages? I'm talking about multi sections and category sections. Almost all of my sites get beyond the default 25 records and I would like to change the default to be 100 or 250 or something like that.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
