How do I use dragSortOrder with Realty template for homepages

Hello!
I'm attempting to change the order of the Homepages (agents) on a realty site. I sent to Section Editor > Homepages > Sorting. Entered "dragSortOrder" in place of "fullname" in the "order by" field and also entered it under the general tab in the "ListPage Fields" and I get errors each time.
I assuming I'm just missing something simple. How do I sort homepages/agents by dragSortOrder?

Hi Tina,
If you have dragSortOrder in your section, than this should be the default ordering when you use getRecords. All you need to do is to drag and drop your records inside your section to the order that you want them to be in.
Do you have a dragSortOrder field in your section?
If you're still experiencing issues, you should fill out a second level support request here:
