Upgrade still shows old file upload window

I just upgraded to 2.06 and I'm still getting the old upload window... any thoughts? (see attached screenshot)

Hi jtedescojam,
Can you check your settings to make sure it's not disabled?
Admin > General Settings > Advanced Settings > File Uploads [ ] Disable Flash Uploader - attach one file at a time (doesn't require flash)
Can you try another computer or web browser? What browser, version, and operating system are you running?
