500 ERROR displaying

Hi,

There is a 500 error page displaying in one of the pages of my site called timetables. The site has been live and working well with no issues until today I went to check it and one of the pages is displaying a 500 error on one pages. I need this fixed asap and don't know why it is displaying this.

This is the page that is causing the 500 error every other page is ok.
