Problem Returning to Contact Form

Hi,

I have a contact form mail script that I use, and it has error handling that displays an error page if required fields aren't filled in or other conditions aren't met. Then, it has a return link to the form that retains the information that's already been filled in. The script displays the contents of the form. The problem I'm having is that I'm getting an error message saying the URL or record can't be found.

Is there something about the url that could cause a problem for the script.
