Javascript slide not working

I have built a site in html and the javascript works fine, as soon as I have made the pages php and added the CMS onto it the javacript stops working, the URL is: http://www.saintbedes.co.uk/cmsTest/index.php
Please help as it is quite a major part of the site .

Your cmsTest/index.php page doesn't have an element with id="two". Could that be the issue?

I have done some more testing and all the code on my pages are correct, it seemed the files wouldn't work in the folder 'cmsTest'. Thanks for your help though.
