Help with Database

I was adding a section editor called spec sheets. I added a field to the section editors of spec sheets and made it a related records field and I tried to relate my section downloads section to it. What it did was erase all my download items. How can I restore them? I can still access them via record id, but where did they go?

How do you erase all the items in Downloads at once?
