Network Solutions Slow Performance: A possible solution

If anyone else has sites hosted at Network Solutions and has experienced the extremely slow performance with CMS Builder sites, I may have found a simple solution. I updated the CMS builder settings to use the MySQL IP address rather than their network solutions server name, and almost instantly I saw a significant increase in site responsiveness. I have tried this on three sites and have seen the same result on all of them.

Network Solutions claims that the opposite should be the case, but that is not what I am seeing. It's very noticeable to me.
