Hello InteractiveTools,
I have the case of the vanishing ... err... invisible record.
The record in question shows up on the website and it is in the MySQL database (I checked using phpMyAdmin) BUT it does not appear on the list of records in the CMSB interface.
It is record 22 and in the event that I named it something I did a search of relevant fields for keywords that are displaying on the website and CMSB does not find it.
How to I make it appear again? I need to edit it - which I could do straight from MySQL but it'd be nice to have CMSB back.
Also, CMSB tells me I have 31 records in this table but there are actually 51 records in MySQL db.
Thanks
Terry

Hi Terry,
It almost sounds like records in the admin are being filtered by a search.
Can you send in the site details in a 2nd Level Support Request?
https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support_form.php
Then I can take a closer look and find out what if causing the issue.
Also, add a the link to this forum thread in the support ticket comments for reference.
Thanks!
Update: Issue resolved. The reason some articles weren't appearing was because the logged in user was an "Author" instead of an "Editor" and could only see records they created.
