Unfortunately, the file you attached didn't come through. Could you try to attach it again.

After the error, do you have to log back into CMS Builder?

Probably the best way to proceed would be for you to fill out a [url http://www.interactivetools.com/support/]2nd Level Support Request[/url] so we can actually take a look at your installation and see what's happening.
