Hello,
I have my hosting with crystaltech. I need help with my file permissions as they do not allow me to set it at 777. THey have it as a control panel with read write execute and delete, I attach an image.
My question is.
[web root]/[cmsAdmin]/data/
setting permissions on the data dir
can anyone confirm to me the correct settings on this. I attach an image below of my control panel.
I am grateful for any input.
I feel I only need to change it so "everyone" can write but I just need to confirm as I like to do this many times in the future and this is part of my learning curb lol.
thanks for any input

Hi,
The data folder needs to have read, write, and execute permissions. This is the same as setting it to 777.
Hope this helps
