Jason: Can I use the fact that the user account has access to the pdr table? Otherwise, I will probably need to add a new hidden field that is used when the account is created.
Any advice?

Hi,
Yes, you could do this. You can query the _accesslist table to get all the users that have access to the pdr table, and then use this list of user numbers to get records from your other table.
Hope this helps get you started.
