Moved Hosts- Getting Error

Hi. I went from one server to another, changed the paths for the database info for the cms, but I'm getting a sporadic problem. I'm getting the following error on pages that are calling for different content IDs:
Warning: require_once(lib/compat/CONSTANTS.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/www/vhosts/siouxlandscale.com/httpdocs/cmsAdmin/lib/init.php on line 201 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'lib/compat/CONSTANTS.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/pear/') in /usr/local/www/vhosts/siouxlandscale.com/httpdocs/cmsAdmin/lib/init.php on line 201
Is there something that I'm missing as far as my server configuration that could be causing this problem? I've reuploaded particular php files and it seems to work. and then break again. Am I missing something?
It's cms Builder 1.32.
Thanks!
Humanear

Hi Humanear,
Moving sites, especially with (much) older versions of the program (1.32 was released in August of 2009) can be a bit tricky, but I'm sure that one of the programmers at IT can help you with this.
I would recommend that you upgrade your installation to the current 2.07 version, which is light years ahead of your 1.32 version. http://www.interactivetools.com/upgrade/ Upgrade is by donation so it need not be a costly process.
Along the upgrade path, many migration issues have also been addressed.
If you can, I'd upgrade the old installation first, and then move that to the new server.
As always...
BACK UP YOUR DATABASE AND YOUR CMSADMIN FOLDER BEFORE BEGINNING THE UPGRADE PROCESS.
There's also some information about migrating sites in my CMSB Cookbook at www.thecmsbcookbook.com
Hope that helps.

Jerry, you must be psychic. I JUST got finished downloading the upgrade (with a modest donation). But- I already changed hosts, so hopefully this won't create a problem. Will back up all data and proceed with the install. I'm a developer who has inherited this site from another hosting provider, so now I'm just fixing things. :-)
Weird, though. If I press the refresh button enough times eventually the page appears as normal. Then it's broken after another refresh. Well, hopefully this goes okay. Thanks very much for the response. Will let you know how it goes.
