Hi Guys,
I want to import a CSV file to set up my categories, however I'm requiring a "_lineage " field... can you advise me what best to do?

Hey Tim,
It's not recommended, but you could import a blank column to the _lineage field. CMS Builder will try to fix the lineage any time you save or move the record after import. No guarantees though.
Hope that helps,
Robin

Hi Robin.
The CSV Import plugin will actually not let me import a blank field. Should I change the field settings in the Categories table? (they are system fields)

Hey Tim,
CMS Builder probably wont let you make it a non-required field. You could try uploading a column that just has a space in it.
