Bulk set listings to Visible

Hello,
Currently when a listing is posted on my site it is set to "Hidden" (status = 1).
I was wondering if someone could share some code so that another option could be added to the "Advanced Commands" dropdown menu on the listings page, which would allow me to select multiple listings and then bulk update them so that their "status" is changed to "0" (i.e. visible).
One condition for this new dropdown option is that it should only appear to Admin users.
This would be a great feature to have and I'd be very grateful for any help!
