Error when trying to link an image to a URL in MCE

Hi folks,

I hope someone can help me with this error:

You don't have permission to access /cmsAdmin/3rdParty/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/link.htm on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have a lot of other links done this way without a problem, but this one just will not accept the link. Thanks for your respones!
