Hi All,
Based on comments in the original 2.08 thread I wanted to clarify a few things before upgrading.

If for upgrades, password encryption is optional but it's automatic for new installs, are there any issues or recommended procedures when setting up a new install and then using the v1.03 website membership plugin. Will the admin password used for setup be automatically encrypted and unusable for the plugin?
Thanks,
Jerry Kornbluth

Password Encryption will be enabled by default for new CMS Builder installations, but if you're upgrading you can enable it here: Admin > General Settings > Advanced Settings > Encrypt Passwords.
Website Membership does not currently work with Password Encryption
Please note: it's not possible to decrypt passwords or undo this feature;

Re: [gkornbluth] V2.08 and Membership Plugin
Feeling your pain.... upgraded MD5 encryption is awesome, but not being able to use the membership plugin.... not so awesome... really hope there is a work around for this soon.
